Meter Mate agrees to provide related services such as energy APP based on the Internet mobile network ( hereinafter referred to as " Meter Mate " ) in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the operating rules issued from time to time.

Meter Mate has the ownership and operation rights of the products and related software involved in "Meter Mate", Meter Mate has the right to supervise, remind, inspect, correct and punish all activities of its products.

The user should recognize and agree to all the terms of this agreement on the basis of understanding the entire content of this agreement, and on the basis of independent thinking, and complete all registration procedures in accordance with the prompts. If the user does not agree with the conditions of the terms of service, he cannot obtain the right to use the services of Meter Mate and register as a user of Meter Mate.

User IDs, Passwords and Security

You need to register a login account before you can use the functions of MeterMate products.

Prohibited actions during account registration:

In view of the particularity of network services (including but not limited to force majeure, network stability, system stability, technical failure, user location, user shutdown, user mobile phone virus or malicious network attack behavior and any other technology, Internet, Communication line, content infringement, etc.), the user agrees that Meter Mate has the right to interrupt or terminate some or all of the services at any time, and Meter Mate will notify the user in a timely and reasonable manner as much as possible, and try to do this as soon as possible. repair. However, Meter Mate does not assume any responsibility for the user's inability to send and receive reading information, or send wrong information, and the user must bear the above risks.

Users understand that Meter Mate needs to repair and maintain the platform or related equipment that provides Meter Mate services on a regular or irregular basis. If the service is interrupted within a reasonable period due to such circumstances, Meter Mate will try to advance notice without any liability for this.

The personal data provided by the user is untrue, the user violates the laws and regulations, national policies or the usage rules stipulated in this agreement, Meter Mate has the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of the services under this agreement to the user at any time, without any need for the user or any third party. The third party bears no responsibility.

The user agrees to protect and safeguard the interests of the company and other users. The content posted by the user only expresses his personal position and opinion, and does not represent the position or point of view of the company. Because the content published by the user is illegal, untrue, improper, infringes the legitimate rights and interests of a third party, or the user violates any terms under this agreement and causes losses to Meter Mate or any other third party, the user agrees to bear the damage caused thereby Liability for compensation .

When applying for registration of Meter Mate's services, users must provide Meter Mate with accurate subject information ( username, phone number, email address, etc.). If there is any change in the subject information, it must be updated in time. Any loss to both parties or third parties caused by the authenticity of the information provided by the user shall be borne by the user .

After the user is successfully registered, Meter Mate will give each user a user account and corresponding password, and the user account and password shall be kept by the user; the user shall be legally responsible for all activities and events with his user account.

The user shall take full responsibility for the authenticity, legality and validity of the registration information in Meter Mate, and the user shall not impersonate others; shall not publish any information in the name of others; shall not maliciously use the registered account to cause misunderstanding by other users; Otherwise, Meter Mate has the right to immediately stop providing services, withdraw its account, and the user shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.

Users are not allowed to send or disseminate sensitive information and information that violates the national legal system, including but not limited to the following information :

The user agrees not to use another user's account or password under any circumstances. When you suspect that someone else is using your account number or password, you agree to notify Meter Mate immediately .

Meter Mate has the right to review and supervise the user's use of Meter Mate services. If the user violates any of the above provisions when using Meter Mate's services, Meter Mate or its authorized person has the right to require the user to correct or directly take all necessary measures. measures to mitigate the effects of user misconduct .

Stealing other people's user accounts or using network communication to harass others is illegal. Users shall not use any illegal means such as testing and deception to steal other users' accounts and harass others .

If the user does not log in to the account for a long time after registering for the Meter Mate account, Meter Mate has the right to reclaim the account, so as to avoid waste of resources, and the user will be responsible for any problems caused by it .

Any text, pictures, logos, audio, and video materials contained in the services provided by Meter Mate are protected by copyright, trademark, patent and other property rights laws.

Without the consent of the relevant obligee and Meter Mate, the above information shall not be displayed on any other third-party platform or used for any other commercial purpose in any way; users shall not copy, modify, compile the above content without authorization, or Create derivative products related to content.

Meter Mate has the right to modify any terms of this agreement at any time. Once the content of this agreement is changed, Meter Mate will publish the revised content of the agreement on the Energy APP platform or announce the revised content to users through other appropriate means. If the user does not agree with the above modification, he has the right to choose to stop using the services of Meter Mate, but if the user continues to use it, it is deemed to accept the modification of the relevant terms of this agreement by Meter Mate.

If any provision of this Agreement is partially or wholly invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.

The conclusion, execution and interpretation of this agreement and the settlement of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the South Africa and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa. If any disputes or disputes arise between the two parties regarding the content or implementation of this agreement, they should be resolved through friendly negotiation first.

The copyright of this agreement belongs to MeterMate Company, and the final interpretation and modification rights of the terms of this agreement belong to MeterMate Company.
